Atmosphere
Modern, cool dining room.  Clean and comfortable with a relaxed vibe.  Fast Casual dining great for individuals, couples, or small groups.

Service
Outstanding service, the staff literally trips over themselves to check if there is anything you need. Greeters provide menu suggestions while you wait.  Food is served promptly and tables are cleaned quickly.  Management and their team take pride in the quality of their customer service, and it shows.

Food
Unreal. Order this thing and cut it open.  Your're gonna find the freshest, juiciest piece of chicken you've ever had.  The meat is sourced from an all natural vendor and cut fresh each morning for service that day.

The maple syrup pairs well with the bacon without going overboard on the sweetness and over powering the smokey flavor.

The Sticky Maple
Flaky biscuit, all natural fried chicken breast, pecan wood smoked bacon all topped with Bissell Family Farm real maple syrup.

We were also very pleased with The Ralphie. This is a classic biscuits and gravy dish spiced up with fat chunks of sausage and the perfect amount of heat. Presentation wise, its a little unassuming, but it works with the whole vibe. It's simple, relaxed, and you can't help but enjoy it.
We don't have a picture, but we ended the meal with an unbelievable surprise. After discussing how impressed we were with the chicken, the manager gifted us an awesome cinnamon biscuit for desert. It was on point! Served warm with icing and nuts, it rounded out an awesome meal...and you can't beat free!

Wild Card
We could have stopped at the free desert, but when we finished the meal and got up to leave we were blown away.  Across the street there was a car which had broken down, and the driver who was waiting on a ride.  The manager saw this and came outside to bring him a drink while he waited.  This simple act summed up the whole experience.

From the atmosphere, to the employees, to the food, Maple Street Biscuit Company owns its image. It is truly a restaurant that does the simple things well and goes out of its way to do them for all the right reasons.
